We can't get no

We can't catch a break. . . . Clouds ALL day, but then . . . . We are on the Amalfi coast and no one cares!!! We've had gelato, we've had pizza, we've had pasta fruite du mare and our usual dosage level (It's HUGE) of Peroni. . . Nothing can go wrong. And nothing else did. As usual, the bus from Positano to Amalfi was envigorating and frightening (More frightening than envigorating). The ride to Ravello was even more of the same (And Gorgeous!) only better!! Once in Ravello Betty discovered something about herself that she never knew before. . . . . . . . Betty Loves Italian Ceramics!!. . . . . NO! I mean she really, really, really loves Italian Ceramics. Chris, it is told, will recover some time tomorrow. What a day!. . . . We had planned a ferry ride to Amalfi, but the weathergods (Posidon?) violently disagreed with our plans and all ferries were canceled due to HIGH seas. Duane still wanted to rent a wave runner and GO for it, but calmer heads prevailed. Thank goodness for calmer heads!!. . . . So now,ceramics purchased, motion sickness calmed by more Peroni we are ready for the evening festivities. Duane sees partying till dawn, but believes the "Those Calmer Heads" will suggest something else. Have a great Sunday!!
